When you search for "yellow" on Google, you get images. When someone else searches for "gelb" — the German word for yellow — they also get images. The question is: are the images the same? They are not. Yellow Drift measured the difference. 36,451 images across 32 languages, averaged into 32 colors. Identical search term. Different language. Different yellow.
